Job Opening: Paint Shop Technician

Qualification: ITI in Painter / Spray Painting

Experience: 3–5 Years

Location: Indore (Jetpura)

Mandatory Requirement: Must have hands-on experience in PU (Polyurethane) Paint

Job Responsibilities

• Perform PU paint application on components as per standards
• Surface preparation: sanding, cleaning, masking, priming
• Mix paints and chemicals in accurate ratios
• Operate spray guns, paint booths, and related equipment
• Inspect painted parts for finish, thickness, and quality
• Maintain paint shop tools and ensure cleanliness of work area
• Follow SOPs, quality guidelines, and safety protocols
• Perform touch-up work and correct paint defects

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of PU painting
• Experience with industrial spray-painting equipment
• Understanding of paint mixing, curing, and defect correction
• Attention to detail and quality-oriented approach
