Job Responsibilities

• Job Responsibilities Handle purchase orders and procurement activities.
• Identify and develop new vendors and suppliers.
• Negotiate price, payment terms, and delivery timelines with vendors.
• Coordinate with store, production, and accounts teams for material requirements.
• Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain purchase records, vendor details, and documentation.
• Compare quotations and prepare cost analysis reports.
• Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages.
• Required SkillsExperience in Purchase / Procurement / Vendor Management
• Knowledge of Purchase Order Management
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel
• Experience in manufacturing / industrial purchase preferred
• EligibilityGraduate / MBA preferred
• Minimum 2 years experience in purchase or procurement
