Account Executive (Accounting)

Key Responsibilities (AP/AR)

• Accounts Payable (AP): Process vendor invoices, code expenses, issue payments, reconcile statements, manage vendor communication, and ensure timely payments.
• Accounts Receivable (AR): Create customer invoices, post incoming payments, monitor outstanding balances, contact delinquent accounts, and manage customer billing inquiries.
• General/Shared Duties:
• Reconcile bank and general ledgers.
• Maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
• Assist with month-end/year-end closing.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies
