Job Description

Accounts Support Maintain daily records of financial transactions, invoices, receipts, and payments.
Assist in preparing GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
Track payable and receivable accounts and follow up for dues.
Reconcile bank statements and update ledgers.
Prepare vouchers, petty cash statements, and maintain cash books.
Support payroll processing including salary preparation and statutory deductions (ESI/PF).
Assist in maintaining billing logs and vendor payment schedules.
Administrative Duties Handle internal documentation, correspondence, and filing (digital and physical).
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
Maintain office inventory and ensure timely procurement of supplies.
Support HR in maintaining staff attendance records and onboarding documentation.
Assist in managing appointments, scheduling meetings, and travel arrangements.
Keep records of contracts, agreements, and renewals.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in accounting or administrative roles preferred.
Basic knowledge of Tally/ Zoho Books/MS Excel.
Familiarity with statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF/ESI) is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good written and verbal communication in English, Telegu and Hindi.
