Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Telecaller & Accounts Executive with working knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Office. The role involves handling store order calls, sales invoice entry, daily sales and payment reporting, coordination with delivery staff, bank reconciliation, and professional email communication.


Key Responsibilities




Telecalling & Order Management



  • Attend incoming calls from stores/customers to receive orders
  • Make outbound calls to stores to collect daily/regular orders
  • Confirm order details such as quantity, pricing, and delivery timelines
  • Maintain proper call records and order follow-up status




Sales & Accounting (Tally Prime)



  • Enter sales invoices accurately in Tally Prime
  • Update customer payments and receipts on a daily basis
  • Post bank entries and update payments as per bank statements
  • Perform bank reconciliation regularly in Tally
  • Maintain ledgers, outstanding reports, and customer accounts




Delivery Coordination



  • Coordinate with delivery boys for dispatched orders
  • Track delivery status and confirm successful deliveries
  • Follow up on pending or delayed deliveries
  • Update delivery and payment status accordingly




Reporting & Data Management



  • Prepare daily sales, payment, and collection reports in Excel
  • Maintain structured Excel sheets for sales, receivables, and follow-ups
  • Perform accurate data entry and record maintenance
  • Share reports with management on a daily/weekly basis




Email & Communication



  • Send professional follow-up emails to customers and internal teams
  • Communicate payment reminders and order confirmations via email
  • Handle basic email correspondence related to sales and accounts






Required Skills & Knowledge



  • Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime
  • Good command of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Clear communication skills in local language and basic English
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy
  • Basic understanding of sales accounting and payment cycles
