Role & responsibilities :


  • Doing follow-up with Vendors for the Delivery of the Material.
  • Planning for Procurement of materials on day to day basis.
  • Floating enquiries to vendors and arranging the quotes.
  • Comparison of quotes.
  • Finalizing the potential vendors for supply of materials.
  • Understating the Drawings of Engineering items sent by plant and finding the source.
  • Development of New Vendors for packing, engineering & electrical Consumables.
  • Arranging the critical materials on time by coordinating with Vendors as per the Indents.
  • Follow up for materials on day to day basis.
  • Maintaining good relationships with vendors for getting rock bottom price which benefits our company.
