AutoCAD Draughtsman (Fire & Safety)

Location:                        Karkhana, Secunderabad, Hyderabad, Telangana 

Employment Type:          Full-time (Office & On-site as required) 

Salary Range:                 ₹12,500 – ₹15,000 per month (Bond-Based Employment) 

Position Overview 

We are seeking a skilled AutoCAD Draughtsman (Fire & Safety) to develop accurate 2D CAD drawings for fire protection and life safety systems. The role requires ensuring compliance with NBC, IS, NFPA, and relevant Fire Department and factory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Ø Prepare, develop, and update 2D CAD drawings as per Fire & Safety and Industrial Safety standards

Ø Design layouts for fire protection systems including hydrants, sprinklers, alarms, detection, smoke management, evacuation, and industrial safety plans

Ø Create concept, tender, shop, and as-built drawings

Ø Prepare and update BOQ/BOM in Excel as per project requirements

Ø Maintain proper drawing and document control

Ø Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and safety consultants for design inputs and clarifications

Skills

& Competenciesü Proficient in AutoCAD drafting using commands and shortcuts

ü Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

ü Typing speed of at least 45 WPM with high accuracy

ü Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines

ü Good communication and teamwork skills

ü Ability to create professional and visually appealing presentations

Education & Experience 

1. ITI/Diploma in Civil or Any Engineering. (Male Candidates only) 
2. AutoCAD Certification is mandatory.
