Business Development & Client Relationship Executive (Social Media Reels Agency)Role Summary:
Responsible for generating new clients and managing end-to-end client relationships for the agency’s social media reels services, ensuring revenue growth and smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients (brands, businesses, creators).
- Pitch reels packages and convert leads into clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Coordinate with the creative team for shoot planning and content delivery.
- Share content calendars, timelines, and performance updates.
- Collect feedback and manage revisions efficiently.
- Ensure timely delivery and high client satisfaction.
- Drive renewals and upsell additional services.
