Chinese Chef CDP

Key Responsibilities• Prepare and cook Chinese dishes such as noodles, fried rice, starters, soups, and sauces according to standard recipes.

• Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation of all dishes served.

• Manage the Chinese section of the kitchen independently during service hours.

• Maintain mise en place and ensure all ingredients are prepared before service.

• Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management.

• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.

• Coordinate with other kitchen staff for smooth order flow during peak hours.

• Reduce food wastage and maintain cost control practices.

• Assist in menu development and new dish trials when required.

• Train junior kitchen staff and helpers when needed.
