Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and customer-centric Customer Care Associate to join our dynamic team at the Secunderabad branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships through outbound and inbound calls, ensuring service excellence, and supporting banking operations with accuracy and empathy.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle outbound calls to customers for service updates, feedback, and engagement initiatives.
• Resolve customer queries related to banking products, services, and transactions via phone or email.
• Deliver timely, accurate, and professional responses to all inquiries.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM system.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant departments in a timely manner.
• Cross-sell and promote banking products and services during interactions, adhering to compliance norms.
• Stay updated with the bank’s policies, procedures, and product offerings.
• Ensure every interaction aligns with quality and compliance standards.

Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Business Administration preferred).

Experience: 1-2 years in customer service/call center roles. BFSI sector experience will be an advantage.

• Languages Required:
• Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory
• Proficiency in any one regional language is required: Kannada, Gujarati, Tamil, Odia, or Malayalam
