We are a machine manufacturing company specializing in industrial equipment and precision-engineered solutions, serving clients across India and international markets.


Job Overview

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive with excellent communication and coordination skills to manage client interactions, internal follow-ups, and operational communication.

This role requires someone with strong command over written and spoken English, good judgment, and the ability to handle professional email communication and client coordination efficiently.

This is not a call center role — the position requires strong ownership, professional communication, and the ability to understand situations and respond effectively.


Key Responsibilities


Customer Communication & Coordination

  • Handle communication with clients via email and calls
  • Coordinate between customers and internal teams (factory, design, dispatch)
  • Manage client queries, updates, and follow-ups


Emailing & Documentation

  • Draft and send clear, professional emails
  • Handle bulk email communication (preferred experience)
  • Maintain proper communication records and documentation


Internal Coordination

  • Follow up with factory and internal teams for order status, dispatch updates, and timelines
  • Coordinate with exhibition organizers and external stakeholders when required


System Management

  • Update and manage customer data in SAP B1 or CRM systems (mandatory/preferred)
  • Track inquiries, orders, and follow-ups systematically


Post-Sales Follow-ups

  • Ensure timely follow-ups with customers for feedback, updates, and support


Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate in any field
  • 2–5 years of experience in coordination / customer handling roles (B2B preferred)
  • Excellent command over English (spoken and written)
  • Strong proficiency in professional emailing
  • Experience with SAP B1 or similar CRM systems (preferred)
  • Knowledge of bulk emailing tools/software (preferred)

🚫 Candidates with only call-center or telecalling experience will not be considered

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good judgment, practical thinking, and ability to handle situations with clarity and presence of mind
  • Ability to manage multiple follow-ups without missing details
  • Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented

Location Requirement📍 Only candidates residing within 6–8 km of AOC Gate, Secunderabad will be considered
