• Handling the calls with good communication skills professionally. Can speak fluently in English withTamil, Malayalam, Kannada &Telugu.
• Exceptional phone manner.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Log in hours (Total hours 10:00:00 hrs. & Production hours – 9:00:00 hrs.) to be completed adhering to the break schedules & being punctual.
• Always be updated with the Process knowledge & daily updates
• Employment Type: Permanent.
• Educational mandate:Min 12th Pass
• Working days:5days with 2 days rotational weekly off.
