Customer Service Executive

 The role involves making outbound and handling inbound calls, explaining our salon services and offers, generating appointments, and following up with existing and potential clients. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a polite and professional attitude, and the ability to convince customers effectively. Basic computer knowledge and experience in customer handling are preferred, but freshers with good speaking skills can also apply.
