Job Title -- Customer Support Associate (Domestic Voice Process)

Location -- · Regimental Bazaar, Shivaji Nagar, Secunderabad, Telangana 500003 Ohri towers.

Salary -- Rs. 13000-17000 CTC/ Month

Qualification -- 12th Pass or Above

Consultant should be able to speak English and Any one Regional language like Malayalam, Kannada and Tamil.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound customer queries.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.
• Maintain service quality and follow company guidelines and compliance.
• Ensure proper documentation of customer interactions.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
