JD& Typical duties, Responsibilities:

· Handling the calls with good communication skills professionally. Can speak fluently in English with Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada.

· Exceptional phone manner.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

· Log in hours (Total hours 10:00:00 hrs. & Production hours – 9:00:00 hrs.)

· Location- Secunderabad, Telangana

· Employment Type: Permanent.

· Educational :- Graduate or Under-Graduate can apply.

· Working days : 5 days with 2 days rotational weekly off.
