Data Entry Operator

We are looking for a Data Entry Operator to handle day-to-day data work related to sales, purchase, stock, and records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter sales, purchase, and stock data accurately
• Maintain records in MS Excel and MS Word
• Organize and update data on a daily basis
• Prepare simple reports (sales, stock, pending bills, etc.)
• Verify data for errors and correct them
• Coordinate with sales team for order details
• Maintain confidentiality of company data

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage):

• Experience in pharma / medical / distribution data
• Knowledge of billing or inventory records
• Ability to prepare simple daily or weekly reports
