Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesMachine Operation: Set up and operate die-cutting/punching machines to cut paper, cardboard, or foam as per design specifications.
- Precision & Alignment: Ensure perfect registration and alignment of the die with the printed material to avoid wastage.
- Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and lubrication of the machine; identify and report any mechanical wear and tear.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular checks during the production run to ensure all pieces are punched cleanly and accurately.
- Output Tracking: Maintain daily production logs, including the number of sheets processed and waste generated.
