Dispatch Executive

About the Role :- We are looking for a detail-oriented Dispatch Executive to handle daily dispatch operations, inventory management, stock movement, and ERP-based entries. The role requires accuracy, speed, and responsibility in ensuring smooth dispatch processes of our manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily dispatches, shipment processing, and outward logistics.
• Maintain accurate stock records and physical inventory.
• Enter daily updates into the ERP system (inward/outward/production).
• Coordinate with production, stores, packing, and logistics teams.
• Prepare dispatch documents: e-way bills, invoices (if required), delivery challans.
• Regularly monitor stock levels and report discrepancies.
• Ensure timely dispatch and update tracking information.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in dispatch area.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• years of experience in a dispatch/warehouse/inventory role.
• Experience with ERP systems (any software).
• Strong MS Excel skills.
• Knowledge of basic logistics/documentation.
• Ability to manage workload in a fast-moving environment.
• Diploma/ITI/Graduate (preferred: Mechanical, Production, B.Com, BBA).
