Email Support Executive

We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Email Marketing Specialist to plan, create, and optimize email campaigns that engage our audience and drive results.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns
• Write compelling email copy aligned with brand voice and marketing goals
• Segment email lists and personalize content to improve engagement and conversions
• Build and optimize automated journeys (welcome series, re-engagement, lifecycle emails)
• A/B test subject lines, content, layouts, and send times

Nice to Have

• Experience with CRM systems and customer segmentation
• Knowledge of deliverability best practices
• E-commerce or B2B email marketing experience
• Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics
• Analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign data
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills

• Strong copywriting and editing skills
• Experience with email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools
