Field Collection Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Field Visits & Collection: Directly visit customers in a defined territory to collect outstanding dues.
• Negotiation: Negotiate payment plans and terms with clients to secure timely payments.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive customer relationships to ensure future payments.
• Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all collection activities and transactions.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates to management on collection progress.
• Conflict Resolution: Address customer complaints and resolve payment-related disputes.
• Compliance: Ensure all collection processes comply with legal and company policies. 

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in collections or a related field.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle difficult situations and conflicts.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.
• Proficiency with collection software and CRM systems.
• Often requires a valid driver's license and/or 2-wheeler for field mobility.
