🔹 Role Overview:

We are looking for a Field Sales Manager (FSM) who thrives in a fast-paced, field-driven sales environment. If you love meeting clients, solving real-world business problems with software, and are hungry to close deals and grow rapidly in your sales career — this is for you.


🔹 Responsibilities:

✅ Identify and meet potential clients across industries


 ✅ Pitch and demo our ERP products to decision-makers (Factory Managers, Admin Heads, CXOs)


 ✅ Understand client requirements and propose the right solution modules


 ✅ Negotiate and close deals, managing the sales cycle end-to-end


 ✅ Maintain and update sales activity in CRM tools


 ✅ Build long-term relationships and upsell/cross-sell where applicable


🔹 What We’re Looking For:

0–3 years of experience in B2B field sales (IT/Software/ERP preferred)

Strong communication, negotiation & persuasion skills

Ability to give impactful product demos and explain tech in simple terms

Self-driven with a problem-solving mindset

Willingness to travel locally and meet targets consistently

Basic tech skills (CRM tools, demo portals, Excel)
