Graphics Designer

Location: Hyderabad (On-site) Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 1–3 years

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphics Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for creating visual content across marketing, social media, and brand communication, working closely with the leadership team to bring ideas to life.

What You'll Do

• Design marketing materials including brochures, banners, flyers, and presentations
• Create social media graphics, posts, and campaign visuals
• Develop and maintain brand identity across all visual touchpoints
• Design UI mockups and website graphics as needed
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations team on content strategy
• Manage multiple design projects with quick turnaround times

What We're Looking For

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools such as Figma and Canva
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and composition
• Experience creating content for digital and print media
• Ability to take a brief and translate it into polished visual output with minimal hand-holding
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Portfolio showcasing a range of design work (required with application)

Good to Have

• Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar)
• Experience with motion graphics or animation
• Familiarity with AI design tools
• Experience in the education or EdTech space

Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)
