📌 Job Title: Hard Core Sales Executive – US Taxation Services (B2C)🏢 Industry's Taxation / Accounting / Financial Services / KPO

🎯 Role Summary:We are seeking a highly aggressive and target-oriented Sales Professional with proven experience in selling US Tax Preparation & Accounting Services to US clients (Individuals / SMBs / CPAs / Corporates). The candidate must have strong closing skills, US market exposure, and a consistent record of revenue generation.

• 🔥 Key Responsibilities: Generate new business for US Tax services (1040, 1120, 1120S, 1065, Bookkeeping, Payroll, etc.)
• Prospect and acquire US-based individual taxpayers, CPAs, and small businesses
• Handle inbound/outbound US sales calls (cold calling & lead follow-ups)
• Conduct virtual consultations and service presentations
• Prepare proposals, pricing discussions, and close high-value deals
• Achieve aggressive monthly/quarterly revenue targets
• Develop long-term client relationships for recurring tax seasons
• Maintain CRM pipeline and sales forecasting
• Coordinate with tax preparers & operations team for smooth onboarding
• 💼 Mandatory Requirements:1-3 years of hardcore sales experience (US Tax / Accounting services preferred)
• Experience in US market (voice process exposure mandatory)
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets
• Strong understanding of US tax forms:

• 1099 / W-2 basics
• Excellent English communication with neutral accent
• Strong negotiation & closing ability
• Comfortable working in US shifts (Night shift in India)
