Head Chef

We are looking for an experienced and creative Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for menu creation, food quality, kitchen management, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and design innovative menus that align with our Bistro’s theme and standards.

Supervise daily kitchen operations and staff performance.

Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of dishes.

Manage food costs, inventory, and kitchen supplies efficiently.

Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.

Train, motivate, and develop kitchen staff.

Collaborate with management for new menu ideas, seasonal specials, and promotions.

Monitor customer feedback and continuously improve kitchen performance.

Requirements:

Proven experience as Head Chef in a restaurant/Bistro setup.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Expertise in multiple cuisines and creative food presentation.

Knowledge of kitchen management, costing, and inventory control.

Ability to perform under pressure and maintain high standards.
