Job Description JSMV Resource IT Staffing Company is looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns who are interested in building a career in Human Resources and Recruitment. The intern will assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, candidate coordination, and HR operations while gaining hands-on corporate experience. Key Responsibilities • Source candidates from job portals, social media, and internal databases • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates & hiring managers • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers • Assist in onboarding and HR documentation • Post jobs on portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed • Support HR team in daily operations and reporting Eligibility / Requirements • Pursuing or completed Graduation / MBA (HR preferred) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word) • Interest in HR / Recruitment field • Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment Benefits • Internship Certificate • Practical HR Training & Hands-on Experience • Performance-based Stipend / Incentives • Opportunity for Full-Time Employment based on Performance
