Job Description
We are hiring an HR Recruiter / Telecaller Executive to join our team at Indian Bazaar Mall, ECIL Cross Roads, Secunderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, screening and shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining recruitment records. You will coordinate with store managers to understand hiring needs, assist in onboarding new employees, and ensure smooth communication between candidates and the HR team. Basic computer knowledge (MS Word and Excel) and good communication skills are essential. Freshers can also apply. The company offers a salary of ₹12,000–₹20,000 per month along with food, accommodation, and mobile/internet allowance.
