HR Recruiter

Taruni Ladies Garments is looking for an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for store and office roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates for retail positions (Sales Executives, Store Staff, etc.)

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with the hiring team

• Post job openings on job portals and social media

• Maintain candidate database and follow-ups

• Coordinate joining formalities and documentation

• Support HR activities and employee onboarding

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline

• 0–2 years experience in HR / Recruitment (Retail hiring preferred)

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / HR tools
