Ice Cream Parlor Associate

We are looking for an energetic and customer-friendly Ice Cream Parlor Associate who will be responsible for serving ice creams, preparing milkshakes, sundaes, and trying new flavor combinations at MMMelt. The ideal candidate should be creative, quick, and have a passion for making every customer's experience delightful!

Key Responsibilities:

1️⃣ Ice Cream & Dessert Preparation

✅ Scoop and serve ice creams, sundaes, thick shakes, and milkshakes as per the menu.

✅ Create custom flavors, toppings, and new dessert ideas based on customer preferences.

✅ Ensure all items are prepared with hygiene and consistency.

✅ Experiment with new ice cream combinations and toppings to improve the menu.

2️⃣ Customer Service & Sales

✅ Take customer orders and suggest flavors or combinations based on preferences.

✅ Maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere in the shop.

✅ Handle billing, cash transactions, and UPI payments efficiently.

✅ Provide quick service to avoid long wait times.

3️⃣ Store Operations & Hygiene

✅ Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards (as per FSSAI guidelines).

✅ Manage stock levels for ice cream, milk, toppings, and dry items.

✅ Ensure freezers and equipment are working properly.

✅ Follow standard operating procedures for ice cream handling.

🎯 Requirements & Skills:

✔ Previous experience in a café, ice cream parlor, or juice shop (Preferred, but not mandatory).

✔ No prior knowledge of preparing milkshakes, sundaes, and thick shakes ( We will be given training)

✔ Good communication & customer service skills.

✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

✔ Basic cash handling & UPI knowledge for transactions.

✔ Food safety & hygiene awareness (training will be provided).

✔ A passion for desserts and willingness to learn and innovate!
