Job Summary

We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Immigration Consultant & Immigration Process Lead to assist clients with visa applications and immigration procedures. The candidate will guide clients through the documentation, eligibility, and application process for different immigration programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide consultation to clients regarding immigration and visa processes.
• Assess client profiles and advise suitable visa options.
• Guide clients on required documentation and application procedures.
• Assist clients in preparing and reviewing visa applications and supporting documents.
• Maintain accurate client records and case files.
• Follow up with clients regarding application progress and updates.
• Ensure all processes comply with immigration laws and company policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams for application processing and submissions.

Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
