Jewellery Store Manager

A Jewellery Store Manager leads daily operations, staff, sales, and customer satisfaction, focusing on boosting profit through team leadership, expert merchandising, inventory control, security, and creating amazing customer experiences, ensuring brand standards are met while managing promotions and financial targets. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, schedule, and motivate sales associates to meet targets.
• Sales & Strategy: Develop and implement sales plans, analyze performance, drive business growth, and achieve financial goals.
• Customer Experience: Ensure excellent service, resolve complaints, build loyalty, and maintain a welcoming, beautiful store environment.
• Merchandising: Oversee stunning displays, maintain store aesthetics, and ensure product presentation aligns with brand standards.
• Inventory Management: Control stock levels, manage orders, conduct audits, and minimize loss.
• Operations & Security: Manage daily store opening/closing, cash handling, security protocols, and ensure compliance with policies.
• Marketing & Promotions: Coordinate in-store events, promotions, and advertising campaigns.
