Marketing Associate

Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Marketing Executive to support our sales and business development initiatives in Electronics and Nuclear Instrumentation. The candidate will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, promoting high-tech products, preparing technical content, and supporting customer engagement strategies.

• Key Responsibilities:Conduct market research and competitor analysis for electronics, radiation detection, and nuclear instrumentation sectors.
• Promote company products to research labs, nuclear facilities, defense establishments, academic institutions, and industrial customers.
• Create and present product documentation, technical brochures, datasheets, and proposals.
• Identify potential customers, respond to inquiries, and support pre-sales efforts, including product demonstrations and presentations.
• Attend and organize technical exhibitions, trade shows, webinars, and customer workshops.
• Coordinate with R&D and production teams to understand product specifications and innovations.
• Assist in preparing marketing collateral, email campaigns, and digital marketing strategies tailored to technical audiences.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and project opportunities.
• Prepare quotations, manage tender documentation, and support after-sales follow-up.
• Report regularly on customer interactions, lead status, and market feedback.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Instrumentation, Nuclear Engineering, or a related discipline (MBA in Marketing is a plus).
• 1–4 years of experience in technical marketing, business development, or sales in a relevant industry.
• Strong understanding of scientific instrumentation and electronics-based systems.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate technical information into customer-friendly language.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, exhibitions, and product demos.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, digital marketing platforms, and MS Office.
• Preferred Experience:Experience working with radiation monitoring systems, spectrum analyzers, data acquisition systems, or nuclear instruments.
• Exposure to government tendering processes (GeM, eProcurement).
• Familiarity with nuclear safety, atomic energy, and defense sector procurement norms.
