Powder Coating Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Operate powder coating booth, gun, and oven as per standard procedures.
• Prepare metal parts (cleaning, masking, hanging) before coating.
• Mix and apply powder coating evenly to achieve desired thickness and finish.
• Load/unload components safely onto the conveyor or racks.
• Monitor oven temperature, curing time, and film thickness.
• Inspect coated parts for surface quality and finish consistency.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and ensure cleanliness of the work area.
• Follow all safety, PPE, and housekeeping protocols.

Skills & Qualifications

• Prior experience in powder coating, painting, or metal finishing preferred.
• Basic knowledge of surface preparation, thickness measurement, and curing processes.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in industrial environments.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety rules.

Education & Experience

• Education: 10th pass or ITI / Diploma preferred.
• Experience: 0–3 years (freshers with related experience/training welcome).
• Compensation
