Position: Project Engineer

We are looking for a disciplined and process-oriented Project Engineer to manage day-to-day site execution as per approved drawings, schedules, and company quality standards.

This role is critical in ensuring projects are executed through systems and checklists, not ad-hoc decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute all site works strictly as per approved drawings, BOQs, and schedules.
• Manage daily site activities, manpower, and subcontractors.
• Ensure quality checklist compliance before every stage of work.
• Prepare and submit accurate Daily Progress Reports (DPRs).
• Coordinate with procurement and vendors for timely material availability.
• Enforce safety practices and site discipline at all times.
• Escalate issues immediately when drawings, materials, or scope are unclear.
• Prevent unauthorized changes and verbal instructions at site.

Requirements:

• Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
• 3–6 years of site execution experience in residential or commercial building projects.
• Ability to read and execute as per working drawings and BOQs.
• Strong understanding of basic construction quality and safety practices.
• Good documentation and reporting skills.
• Willingness to work strictly as per company systems and procedures.
• Good communication skills in Fluent Hindi and Telugu.
