Project Engineer

· Install and configure surveillance cameras, Video Management Software(VMS), Networking systems, Storage

· Monitor and maintain surveillance systems and networks;· Set up users in VMS, NVR etc;· Set up user profiles and privileges;· Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnose and solvehardware/software faults;· Replace parts as required;· Provide support, including procedural, documentation;· Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up asystem;· Run available surveillance applications to support systems and users;· To raise a support ticket with partner OEM’s;· Respond within agreed time limits to callouts;

· Work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties,if appropriate);

· Prioritize and manage several open cases at one time;· Rapidly establish a good working relationship with other professionals inorder to make necessary repairs;

· Test and evaluate new technology.· Basic Knowledge in Server’s, Workstation and Storage.
