Guest Relations & Experience

• Front-of-House Management: Orchestrate seamless guest arrivals and departures to ensure a professional first and last impression.
• Issue Resolution: Proactively address and resolve guest complaints with diplomacy to maintain high satisfaction ratings.
• Ambassadorship: Maintain a dynamic, welcoming, and professional presence as a key representative of the hotel brand.

Operations & Quality Control

• Housekeeping Supervision: Direct the housekeeping team and perform rigorous room inspections to ensure adherence to cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Procurement & Inventory: Manage hotel-related purchasing, including the oversight of kitchen supplies and operational stock.

Team Leadership

• Staff Management: Lead and motivate personnel to maintain peak operational efficiency.
• Talent Acquisition: Manage the recruitment and onboarding process to fill staffing gaps as business needs evolve.
• Operational Flexibility: Demonstrate adaptability by working across a rotating 24/7 shift schedule.
