Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a network of DSAs, connectors, and referral partners.
• Generate home loan leads through DSAs and ensure steady business flow.
• Handle end-to-end sales process including sourcing, documentation, login, and disbursement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs and key stakeholders.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Ensure proper customer profiling and adherence to credit norms.
• Coordinate with internal teams (credit, operations) for smooth processing.
• Keep updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and lending policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in home loan / mortgage sales.
• Experience in DSA/channel sales is mandatory.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of home loan products, eligibility, and documentation.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Local market knowledge of Hyderabad/Secunderabad preferred.

Education:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
