Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Food Designer and Cloud Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary operations and drive menu innovation. This role combines creativity with operational expertise, ensuring our cloud kitchen delivers high-quality, visually appealing dishes that meet customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:

Food Design:

  • Develop and design innovative menu items that align with current food trends and customer preferences.
  • Collaborate with chefs to create visually appealing presentations and plating styles.
  • Conduct regular taste tests and gather feedback to refine recipes and improve offerings.
  • Ensure all dishes meet quality standards in taste, presentation, and sustainability.

Cloud Kitchen Management:

  • Oversee daily operations of the cloud kitchen, ensuring efficiency and adherence to food safety standards.
  • Manage inventory, procurement, and supplier relationships to maintain quality ingredients.
  • Implement and optimize kitchen workflows to enhance productivity and minimize waste.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

Marketing and Customer Engagement:

  • Work with the marketing team to promote new menu items and create engaging content for social media.
  • Analyze customer feedback and sales data to adjust menus and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to keep our menu fresh and exciting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts, Food Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in food design and culinary management, preferably in a cloud kitchen or restaurant setting.
  • Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for culinary innovation.
  • Proficient in menu development software and kitchen management systems.
