JOB SUMMARY

A Sales and Marketing Executive is responsible for driving business growth by promoting products/services, generating leads, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role combines strategic marketing efforts with direct sales activities to achieve revenue targets and expand the company’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business leads through networking, cold calling, and field visits

Present and explain products/services to potential clients

Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve monthly/quarterly targets

Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction

Prepare sales reports and track performance metrics.

Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline)

Promote the company through social media, email campaigns, and events

Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs

Develop promotional materials and coordinate branding activities

Support digital marketing efforts like SEO, ads, and content creation.
