Job Description
- Greeting showroom visitors, understanding their needs, and providing expert advice on vehicle features and benefits.
- Conducting test drives, demonstrating vehicle technology, negotiating prices, and closing deals.
- Preparing sales contracts, processing financing paperwork, and managing customer data in the CRM system.
- Following up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and building long-term relationships for repeat business.
- Assisting with the display, cleanliness, and organization of the showroom.
- Staying updated on vehicle inventory, features, warranties, and industry trends.
