Job Description

A Jewelry Sales Executive's main responsibility is driving jewelry sales by providing exceptional customer service, building rapport with clients, and offering personalized assistance in selecting pieces. Key duties include achieving sales targets, maintaining detailed product knowledge, managing attractive showroom displays and inventory, handling transactions, and staying informed about the latest jewelry trends. 


Customer Engagement & Sales

  • Greet and assist customers: Provide a welcoming and personalized experience from initial contact to sale completion. 
  • Understand customer needs: Engage with clients to understand their preferences, needs, and budget for their jewelry purchase. 
  • Product knowledge: Offer detailed information on various jewelry pieces, including craftsmanship, materials, durability, and care. 
  • Provide recommendations: Assist customers in selecting the perfect jewelry piece by making informed and personalized recommendations. 
  • Negotiate and finalize sales: Handle pricing, negotiate with customers, and process sales transactions accurately. 

Product & Store Management

  • Maintain product knowledge: Stay updated on current jewelry trends, new product lines, and industry developments to provide expert advice. 
  • Merchandising: Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing showroom by managing attractive product displays. 
  • Inventory management: Assist with monitoring stock levels, conducting stock counts, and ensuring the availability of products. 

Customer Service & Relationship Building

  • Build client relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and foster long-term loyalty. 
  • Handle inquiries and complaints: Professionally address customer questions and resolve any complaints or issues that may arise. 
  • Follow-up: Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure their satisfaction and encourage future business. 

Performance & Reporting

  • Achieve sales targets: Meet or exceed individual and showroom sales goals on a regular basis. 
  • Prepare reports: Provide feedback to management, which may include preparing sales reports and insights on market trends.
