Job Description

About Us:We are a leading distributor of medical equipment. Our mission is to enhance patient care through the provision of high-quality medical devices and solutions. We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team and drive the sales of Olympus endoscopes across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

  • Key Responsibilities:Sales and Business Development:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and market growth.
  • Identify potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Market Research and Analysis:


  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand customer needs.
  • Analyze sales data to track performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Customer Support and Training:


  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Train healthcare professionals on the proper use and maintenance of Olympus endoscopes.
  • Address any technical inquiries or issues that may arise.
  • Reporting and Documentation:


  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market conditions.
  • Additional Requirements:Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in medical device sales, particularly in endoscopy, is highly preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies:


  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and medical devices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Additional Attributes:


  • Willingness to travel extensively within Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
