Job Description
About Us:We are a leading distributor of medical equipment. Our mission is to enhance patient care through the provision of high-quality medical devices and solutions. We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team and drive the sales of Olympus endoscopes across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
- Key Responsibilities:Sales and Business Development:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and market growth.
- Identify potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand customer needs.
- Analyze sales data to track performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Customer Support and Training:
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Train healthcare professionals on the proper use and maintenance of Olympus endoscopes.
- Address any technical inquiries or issues that may arise.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market conditions.
- Additional Requirements:Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Previous experience in medical device sales, particularly in endoscopy, is highly preferred.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and medical devices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Additional Attributes:
- Willingness to travel extensively within Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
