Role Overview:The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for generating leads, onboarding new customers, promoting the company’s services, and ensuring smooth client communication. The role requires strong communication skills, customer-handling ability, and field/online marketing knowledge.

• ResponsibilitiesGenerate new leads through online platforms, walk-ins, field visits, and referrals.
• Explain matrimony services, packages, and benefits clearly to customers.
• Convert enquiries into registrations and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain follow-ups with potential clients and understand their requirements.
• Handle client onboarding process (collect details, documents, photos, etc.).

Marketing Responsibilities

• Promote the company’s services through social media, WhatsApp campaigns, bulk messaging, and local promotions.
• Build relationships with communities, event organizers, and partner networks.
• Plan small promotional activities like stalls, pamphlet distribution, banners, etc.
• Maintain and update marketing reports, sales sheets, and customer tracking lists.
