Job Title:Team Leader – SBI Credit Card Sales

Salary:₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

• Job Description / Responsibilities:Lead and manage the SBI Credit Card sales team
• Assign daily, weekly, and monthly targets to team members
• Monitor field sales and/or tele-sales activities
• Generate SBI Credit Card applications through the team
• Track and review team performance regularly
• Provide training, guidance, and motivation to sales executives
• Ensure achievement of individual and team sales targets
• Prepare and submit MIS reports and sales data
• Maintain coordination with management and support teams
• Follow company policies and SBI guidelines strictly
• Eligibility / Requirements:1–3 years of experience in Credit Card Sales / Banking / BFSI Sales
• Prior team handling experience is preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work under targets and pressure
• Telugu language mandatory; basic English knowledge required
• Graduation preferred (not mandatory if relevant experience is available)
