Job Overview
Zytech Solar is looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager / Business Development Manager to drive sales and business growth in the Commercial & Industrial Solar EPC segment. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting industrial clients, and closing solar projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate leads for C&I rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects
* Meet industrial clients and understand their power requirements
* Present solar EPC proposals and savings analysis
* Close EPC contracts and achieve monthly sales targets
* Build relationships with industries, consultants, and channel partners
* Coordinate with internal engineering and project teams
Requirements
* 2–8 years experience in Solar / EPC / Industrial Sales
* Strong network with industrial and commercial clients preferred
* Good understanding of solar EPC business
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
