Additional Responsibilities:

• Implementing Accounting Systems: Setting up and maintaining accounting systems and procedures. 
• Financial Reporting: Preparing financial reports for management, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies. 
• Risk Management: Identifying and assessing financial risks and developing strategies to mitigate them. 
• Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards, regulations, and laws. 
• Advisory Role: Providing financial advice and guidance to management on various financial matters. 
• Communication: Communicating financial information to various stakeholders, including management, clients, and auditors. 
• Team Management: Managing and supervising junior accounting staff. 
• Financial Record Keeping:
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations. 
• Financial Statement Preparation:
• Creating balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and other financial reports. 
• Budgeting and Forecasting:
• Assisting in the development of budgets, monitoring spending, and forecasting future financial performance. 
• Tax Preparation and Compliance:
• Preparing and filing tax returns, ensuring compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations. 
• Auditing:
• Conducting both internal and external audits to verify the accuracy of financial records and identify areas for improvement. 
• Financial Analysis:
• Analyzing financial data to identify trends, assess profitability, and provide insights for decision-making. 
• Cost Accounting:
• Analyzing costs, identifying areas for cost reduction, and developing cost control measures.
