Job Description

Role Overview

We are building India’s leading deal-facilitation platform for unlisted equity. The Wealth Manager (B2C) will engage digital marketing leads, educate retail and HNI clients, and facilitate transactions in curated unlisted share opportunities, while strictly following CRM and compliance processes.


Key Responsibilities

• Contact and qualify inbound digital marketing leads using a consultative sales approach.

• Explain company fundamentals, business models, and investment rationale using approved research and scripts.

• Maintain complete ownership of the client lifecycle within the CRM system.

• Prepare and present deal sheets and confirmation notes.

• Coordinate with Compliance, Operations, and Accounts for NDA, KYC, payment verification, and share transfer.

• Build long-term client relationships and provide post-sale updates.

• Escalate complex technical queries to Research or Institutional Sales teams.

• Adhere strictly to compliance protocols and CRM workflows.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.


Compliance & Control Requirement


• All client interactions and documents must be recorded in CRM.

• No personal WhatsApp/email for onboarding or transactions.

• No promise or guarantee of returns.

• No collection or holding of client funds directly.

• Mandatory compliance training and confidentiality agreements.

• Immediate escalation of complaints or suspicious activities.


Required Skills & Experience

• 2–6 years in wealth management, advisory, private banking, or financial services.

• Strong understanding of financial statements and company fundamentals.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Strong negotiation and objection-handling ability.

• Comfortable working with targets and CRM-based processes.

• Basic understanding of securities markets and SEBI regulations.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Qualified lead contacts per week.

• Conversion rate (qualified to transaction).

• AUM / transaction value onboarded per month.

• Time-to-close (first contact to payment confirmation).

• Client retention and post-sale satisfaction.


Compensation Structure

• Fixed monthly salary + performance-linked variable commission.
