Senior Sales Coordinator

Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Sales Coordinator to manage client interactions, follow up on leads, discuss project requirements, understand BOQs, estimate costs, prepare quotations, and do negotiations for our Industrial Flooring & Construction Services. On-the-job training will be provided to build technical knowledge. The ideal candidate should be flexible, open to learning, and comfortable collaborating with both technical and execution teams.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in any stream (MBA or Engineering degree is an added advantage)
2. Soft Skills: Strong communication, articulate, patient, energetic, empathetic
3. Core Competencies:

5. Ability to manage multiple enquiries, quotations, and follow-ups simultaneously
6. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven B2B project setup
7. Ability to interpret basic technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications (training provided)
