Senior Tele Caller

*Key Responsibilities*

• Make outbound calls to potential customers based on provided leads or cold calling
• Explain products/services clearly and persuasively to generate interest
• Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries professionally
• Maintain call logs, update ERP systems, and follow up on leads
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
• Coordinate with sales or support teams for escalations or closures
• Collect feedback and report customer insights to improve service

*Required Skills*

• Excellent verbal communication in [English/Hindi/Telugu – customize as needed]
• Strong listening and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools)
• Prior experience in telecalling, BPO, or customer service is preferred.
• Furniture or interiors industry is a added advantage
