Senior Telecaller

We are looking for an experienced Senior Telecaller (Female) to manage outbound and inbound calls with potential clients and explain company services.

The candidate should handle customer queries, follow up with leads, and convert prospects into successful sales.

Maintain a good relationship with customers, update call records, and achieve daily and monthly targets.

Coordinate with the sales team and provide proper information about products or services to clients.

Minimum 3-5 years telecalling experience, good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, or English preferred.
