The Service Manager is responsible for ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all matrimony clients. This role includes handling premium customers, understanding their preferences, coordinating matches, managing service executives, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage premium client service
- Share suitable matches & handle follow-ups
- Guide and monitor service executives
- Resolve customer issues professionally
- Maintain CRM updates and daily reports
Requirements:
